Refund Policy
At Creovibe, every item is custom-made to order, crafted uniquely for each customer based on their chosen design and preferences. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While returns are generally not accepted, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you.
Please contact us at dianekonate@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide clear photos of the issue for verification.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned without authorization
- Sale items or gift cards
- Perishables, beauty products, or hazardous materials
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, customers in the EU are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most purchases. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, which are excluded from this policy by EU regulations.
Refunds for Approved Returns
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
